Pudem

Attendance for groups that meet regularly — once a week the app asks who is coming, and answering takes one tap.

The starting point

Working out who is coming always ends in an endless group chat, and the organiser still does not know the numbers until the last minute.

What Webstrong built

The organiser creates an event in half a minute with no account and no password, then sends one link to the group; everyone else joins with just a name. Before each date the app asks on its own, and answering takes two buttons. Anyone who has not replied by the deadline gets a reminder. Capacity is handled with substitutes — when somebody drops out, the first substitute moves up automatically and is told.

Who it's for

Groups that meet regularly: football, floorball, a band, board games or a drink after work.
