Work

Projects built for real operations, not for a demo.

A selection of the apps Webstrong has actually built and keeps running — with screens taken straight from the App Store and Google Play.

Wine industry

Bodování

A mobile app for professional and competitive wine scoring on the international 100-point scale.

The starting point
Judges wrote scores on paper across ten criteria at once, then had to total and compare samples by hand.
What Webstrong built
The app guides judges step by step through the international 100-point scale — appearance, aroma, taste, overall impression — and totals the score the moment it is entered.
  • International 100-point scale
  • 10 structured scoring criteria
  • Instant score totals
  • A note against every sample

Kniha Vín

A digital wine catalogue and rating tool for wine events and tastings.

The starting point
At a tasting, visitors struggle to remember wines from a printed catalogue, compare them, or find their own notes again afterwards.
What Webstrong built
The app offers a searchable sample catalogue by number, variety and category. Each wine shows the expert tasters' score and lets visitors add their own star rating, note and favourites — across several events from the same organiser.
  • All of an organiser's wine events in one place
  • Sample catalogue filtered by variety and category
  • Expert taster scores (out of 100)
  • Visitors' own ratings and notes

proÍčko

Shift calendar, availability and quick contacts for tour guides in one place.

The starting point
Guides handled their shifts and key operational contacts across several channels at once, and shift coverage was hard to share.
What Webstrong built
The mobile app shows a monthly calendar of who is covering which shift and which slots are open, and puts a categorised contact list — colleagues, management and emergency — one tap away for calls, SMS or email.
  • Monthly shift calendar
  • Overview of covered and open slots
  • Contacts by category (guides, management, emergency)
  • Call, SMS and email in one tap

Dolní Kounice — audioprůvodce

The official audioguide to the Rosa coeli monastery and the town of Dolní Kounice.

The starting point
Smaller heritage sites can't afford a guide on site all day, and printed leaflets give the visitor neither an experience nor the story of the place.
What Webstrong built
The mobile audioguide takes visitors through the Rosa coeli monastery and the town chapter by chapter — with an interactive site map, historical commentary and supporting content, all on their own phone.
  • Chapter-by-chapter audio commentary
  • Interactive site map with points of interest
  • History and background of the site
  • Clear navigation between chapters

How we work together

We start with people and process — technology comes after.

  1. 01

    Understand the workflow

We find out how the work really runs today and where the wasted effort sits.

  2. 02

    Define the solution

We work out what will genuinely help your operation.

  3. 03

    Design the experience

We design the interface for the people who will actually use it every day.

  4. 04

    Build and test

We build the product and validate it in practice before launch.

  5. 05

    Launch the application

We put the solution into live operation.

  6. 06

    Support and improve

We keep developing it based on how it is really being used.

Frequently asked

What people ask us most.

Didn't find your answer? Get in touch and we'll gladly talk it through.

How much does an application cost?

It always depends on scope — a scoring app for a single competition is a different job from a complete festival system with administration. In an initial consultation we go through your operation and you get an indicative estimate of both cost and scope from us. The consultation is free and comes with no obligation.

How long does development take?

It depends on the scope and on whether the app has to be ready for a specific event date. We often start with a smaller usable version you can deploy at the next edition, then develop it further based on what proves useful in practice. We confirm the timeline right at the start.

What do you need from us to begin?

Just a description of how the work is done today — who is involved, what gets recorded where, and what slows you down most. We don't expect a finished technical specification from you; that part is our job.

Do we need a clear idea of the solution up front?

No. Most briefs reach us as a description of a problem, not as a specification. The proposed solution comes out of the conversation about how your operation actually works.

Do you take on smaller projects?

Yes. Many of our applications were built for one specific event or one internal process. A small scope isn't an obstacle — a well-defined brief is straightforward to deploy.

What happens to the app after launch?

The applications stay in operation and we keep maintaining them — updates, app store presence, and adjustments based on real-world use. We agree the scope of long-term support around what the project actually needs.

Who owns the data and content in the app?

The data and content you put into the application belong to you. We always set the specific terms out in the contract so it's clear on both sides.

Have a process that deserves a better digital solution?

Tell us how your organisation works today, where time is being lost and what you'd like to improve. Webstrong will help you turn the idea into a working product.
